Our work dates back to 1993, when Tim Glover and Sharon Gilmour-Glover introduced a new way of thinking about business that involved a more strategic and holistic approach to creating more competitive and innovative organizations. We helped some very forward-thinking organizations reinvent their go-to-market strategy and better understand the value they create for their customers as a way of preparing for a more competitive future.
When the economy stumbled in 2001, we launched Jump-Point as Canada’s leading business model change agent. Now more than ever, companies needed to shift their thinking and become more aggressive innovators in the face of constant change and increasing market complexity.
Working with some of Canada’s most creative and forward-thinking organizations, we have created systemized processes, models and tools that consistently create outstanding results in sustainable profit and growth.
